Ingo Bofinger, CEO / Head Fund Management
Ingo Bofinger has been working in the real estate industry for 30 years. Throughout his professional career, he has developed a profound understanding of institutional investors' perspectives on real estate investments.
Ingo Bofinger assumed the management of AFIAA Investment Foundation with effect from 1 January 2017. Before joining AFIAA, he was Head of Real Estate at Gothaer Asset Management AG in Cologne for more than five years.
Ingo Bofinger has extensive experience ranging from direct to indirect real estate investments involving the management of both national and international investment vehicles. Consequently, he can draw on his experience in shaping and managing real estate investment structures that are complex regarding company and tax law terms.
Ingo Bofinger graduated in Real Estate Economics (ebs) and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).
