Her activities include market research and analyses of expected risks and returns of the property portfolios of individual real estate companies.
Claudia Reich Floyd graduated from the University of Cologne in business administration with a specialisation in banking and finance. She started her career in 2001 in New York’s real estate investment market, followed by positions in London, Los Angeles, Hong Kong and Zurich.
