Cyrill Schneuwly has been a member of the Investment Committee since 2018.
Cyrill Schneuwly held the position of CEO of Intershop Holding AG until 30 September 2023. He had been at the company since 1998, having previously served as CFO until 2008. Before that, he worked as Corporate Controller at CWS International AG. Cyrill Schneuwly has many years of experience in the fields of auditing and consulting. Among other positions, he was a senior auditor at Arthur Andersen in Zurich. In addition, he was a member of the Investment Committee at Corestate Capital Group. Today he works as an independent consultant.
Cyrill Schneuwly studied business economics at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW). He also holds a qualification as a certified accountant from EXPERTsuisse and completed a postgraduate course in tax law and tax planning at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW).

Claudia Reich Floyd, MBA, is head of the European branch office of Hazelview Investments in Hamburg and manages global real estate investment mandates. She possesses many years of experience in real estate security markets in Europe, Asia/Pacific and North America. Her activities include market research and analyses of expected risks and returns of the property portfolios of individual real estate companies.
Claudia Reich Floyd graduated from the University of Cologne in business administration with a specialisation in banking and finance. She started her career in 2001 in New York’s real estate investment market, followed by positions in London, Los Angeles, Hong Kong and Zurich.

Andreas F. Vögeli has been a member of the Foundation Board, and its Chairman, since 2016. He is partner of Niederer Kraft Frey, one of the most reputable commercial law firms in the financial centre of Zurich.
At Niederer Kraft Frey Andreas F. Vögeli leads the real estate practice group, which tackles real estate transactions and projects. He specialises in large and complex domestic real estate transactions, with a particular focus on enterprises involved in real estate developments or hotel and leisure projects. In the area of real estate law, he is referred to as a leading individual in Chambers and other directories.
Andreas F. Vögeli studied at the University of Fribourg. He is attorney as well certified specialist SBA Real Estate and Construction Law and has a Master of Science in Real Estate (Curem). Among other things, he is a member of the Swiss Advocates’ Chamber of Certified Specialists SBA Construction and Real Estate Law, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Swiss Real Estate Think Thank (srett). Andreas F. Vögeli is engaged as an expert on the Master of Advanced Studies in Real Estate at the University of Zurich. He also publishes and regularly holds seminars in real estate.
Sebastian Feix assumed the management of AFIAA Investment Foundation with effect from 2 March 2023.
He studied business administration and real estate management (EBS) and can look back on 20 years of professional experience, including more than fifteen years in real estate buying and selling.
Sebastian Feix came to AFIAA from Norges Bank Real Estate in London, where he was responsible for identifying and analysing properties for its portfolio on behalf of the Norwegian Government Pension Fund and supervising the acquisition process all the way to the final purchase. Further stages of Sebastian Feix’ career include stints at Commerz Real and CBRE. Having both overseen and conducted international real estate transactions worth over CHF 3.5 billion, he has in-depth knowledge and a comprehensive network to draw on. Aside from excellent technical qualifications, Mr Feix also has ample experience with international team structures.
Dr. Stephan Kloess has been a member of the Investment Committee, and its Chairman, since 2017.
He has 20 years of experience in the real estate investment market, including establishing real estate organisations for institutional investors, accompanying transactions and restructuring institutional portfolios.
